This Lead Global Program Manager is a hands-on executor who will build, run, and continuously enhance the partner program's operational backbone. The role involves close coordination with Program Leads in GTM, Referral, Partner Onboarding, and Partner Enablement to ensure execution is consistent, scalable, and aligned with leadership's direction. The ideal candidate is a structured builder and operator who excels at execution, possesses strong commercial and partner program management discipline, and can drive results across a cross-functional partner ecosystem.
