Hours per week: 37.5 Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year Deadline to apply: 4:00PM, August 27, 2026 Reporting to the Associate Dean, the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Senior Advisor/Analyst provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for work-integrated learning across the School of Health and Public Safety. This role is responsible for advancing experiential learning opportunities through industry partnerships, innovative placement models, interprofessional education, and continuous improvement initiatives that support student success and workforce development. The WIL Senior Advisor/Analyst collaborates closely with Academic Chairs, faculty, students, healthcare and community partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen placement capacity, ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, and deliver high-quality work-integrated learning experiences. The role combines strategic planning, partnership development, operational leadership, data-informed decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to support the School's strategic objectives.
