You will help maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, support supplier performance tracking, keep import and export compliance documentation organized, and resolve freight billing discrepancies. This entry-level, administration-focused role is ideal for an organized communicator looking to build a foundation in global logistics, carrier management, and international trade documentation.</p> <p>This role is<strong> </strong>on-site, based out of Toronto, ON.</p> <p>We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">Detail-focused coordinator who keeps records accurate, organized, and easy to retrieve.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">Proactive problem solver who flags shipment issues and billing discrepancies early.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">Clear communicator with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and 3PL partners.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">Eager to build skills in logistics operations, carrier management, and trade documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Need</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">0–2 years in administrative, customer service, or entry-level office work; logistics experience a plus.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ERP familiarity like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is helpful.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">High attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Learn</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">How global logistics runs across carriers, forwarders, brokers, and 3PL partners.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">How carrier performance is measured and improved using scorecards and service metrics.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">How freight invoicing, accessorial charges, and AP reconciliation work from start to finish.</li> <li class="p8i6j01 paragraph">How trade documentation and customs compliance keep international shipments moving on time.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Tenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, and we are an equal opportunity employer.</em></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>This offer of employment is contingent upon the applicant being eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
